摘要
声发射(AE)是一种无损非侵入性检测方法,其在混凝土结构监测等领域有着极大的潜力,近年来受国内学者的广泛关注。本文围绕基于声发射信号的铰缝剪应力分布测量方法的研究背景、理论基础与相关算法展开。揭示铰缝剪应力测量研究大方向和所需要技术应该具有的重要特点。通过分析声发射信号的参数与结构的应力/应变之间的内在关联与主要数学模型,形成基于声发射信号的铰缝剪应力分布测量方法的理论基础与技术支撑。最后,基于时间序列分析理论与模型等数学工具,提出利用声发射信号重现铰缝内部剪应力分布的方法、数学模型与流程,并于试验模型采集数据进行对比,验证了该方法在实际应用中的可行性和有效性。
Acoustic emission(AE)is a non-destructive and non-invasive inspection method that has shown tremendous potential in the field of concrete structure monitoring,and has been widely concerned from domestic scholars in recent years.This article revolves around the research background,theoretical basis and related algorithms of the method for measuring the distribution of shearing stress in riveted joints based on acoustic emission signal.It reveals the overarching direction of research on measuring shearing stress in riveted joints and the critical characteristics that the required technology should possess.By analyzing the intrinsic correlation between parameters of acoustic emission signals and the stress/strain within the structure,as well as the primary mathematical models involved,it establishes the theoretical basis and technical support for the method to measure the distribution of shearing stress in riveted joints based on acoustic emission signals.Ultimately,leveraging tools from time series analysis theory and models,this paper proposes a method to reconstruct the internal shear stress distribution in joints using AE signal,outlining the mathematical model and procedure.The proposed method is then validated through comparison with data collected from experimental models,thereby demonstrating its feasibility and effectiveness in practical applications.
