智能建造研究进展与发展对策

Research Progress and Development Countermeasures of Intelligent Construction

摘要 针对建筑业面临的工作环境恶劣、劳动力补给不足和数智化程度低等问题,加快推动智能建造发展成为破局的关键策略。本文首先基于智能建造全周期要素梳理了近年来智能建造在设计、施工、生产及运维方面的发展现状及特点。进一步,从标准规范端、产品技术端以及企业管理端三个层面剖析智能建造发展过程中存在的局限性及制约原因,如智能建造相关标准体系尚未完善、智能装备仍不够成熟、企业管理数字化智能化水平低等。最后,本文结合工程实际提出了涵盖政府、标准体系、场景化解决方案、校企、企业管理平台及行业生态平台等方面的智能建造发展建议,为智能建造的发展及企业的适配提供了创新可靠的解决方案。 In view of the poor working environment,insufficient labor supply and low degree of digital intelligence,accelerating the development of intelligent construction has become a key strategy to break the situation.In this paper,the development status and characteristics of intelligent construction in design,construction,production,operation and maintenance in recent years are firstly summarized based on the whole cycle elements of intelligent construction.Further,the limitations and constraints in the development process of intelligent construction are analyzed from three levels of standardization,product technology and enterprise management,such as the standard system of intelligent construction has not been perfected,the intelligent equipment is still not mature enough,and the level of enterprise management digitalization and intelligence is low,etc.Finally,based on the engineering practice,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of intelligent construction covering government,standard system,scenario-based solution,relationship between school and enterprise,enterprise management platform and industry ecological platform,providing reliable and innovative solutions for the development of intelligent construction and enterprise adaptation.
