摘要
交通运输业绿色低碳化发展,是我国实现“碳中和”亟待解决的难题之一。轨道交通作为当代中国重要的一类交通基础设施,分析其轨道建设过程碳排放量及碳排放特征至关重要。本文提出了一种对路基地段无砟轨道CRTSⅢ型单块板进行碳排放核算及特征分析的方法,通过工程实例应用和帕累托分析。结果表明,在总体碳排放中材料碳排放占比83%,其中CRB550级钢筋为碳排放热点材料;机械碳排放占比16%,运输类和起重类机械为碳排放热点机械;运输碳排放占比1%,钢筋焊网铺设为施工碳排放热点工艺。提出使用低碳排放材料以及优化施工工艺等方式减少无砟轨道建设在工艺、材料及机械方面的碳排放量,为未来轨道交通建设减碳控碳技术提供参考。
The green and low-carbon development of transportation industry is one of the problems to be solved urgently in China to achieve“carbon neutrality”.As an important type of transportation infrastructure in contemporary China,it is very important to analyze the carbon emission and carbon emission characteristics of rail transit in the course of rail construction.In this paper,a method of carbon emission calculation and characteristic analysis is presented for CRTSⅢsingle slab of ballastless track in subgrade section.The results show that material carbon emissions account for 83%of the total carbon emissions,among which CRB550 grade rebar is the hot carbon emission material.Machinery carbon emissions accounted for 16%,transportation and lifting machinery for carbon emissions hot machinery.Transportation carbon emissions accounted for 1%,and steel welding mesh laying was a hot carbon emission process.It is proposed to reduce the carbon emission of ballastless track construction in process,material and machinery by using low-carbon emission materials and optimizing construction technology,so as to provide reference for carbon reduction and carbon control technology of rail transit construction in the future.
