掌侧锁定接骨板治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者疼痛及腕关节功能评分的影响分析

Effect of Palmar Locking Plate on Pain and Wrist Function Score in Patients with Distal Radius Fracture

目的分析掌侧锁定接骨板治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者疼痛程度及腕关节功能评分的影响。方法简单随机选取2020年1月—2024年3月毕节市第二人民医院收治的70例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用外固定支架进行治疗,观察组则使用掌侧锁定接骨板治疗,比较两组患者的疼痛强度、腕关节功能及骨折愈合情况。结果术后3个月,两组患者的Cooney腕关节评分高于治疗前,观察组Cooney腕关节评分(91.03±4.68)分高于对照组的(81.52±4.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.995,P均<0.05)。术后3个月,两组患者的尺偏角与掌倾角均大于术前,桡骨缩短高度小于术前;观察组尺偏角与掌倾角均大于对照组,桡骨缩短高度小于对照组,骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论掌侧锁定接骨板治疗对于桡骨远端骨折患者能更有效地增强腕关节功能,并加速骨折的愈合过程。

Objective To analyze the effect of volar locking plate on pain degree and wrist function score in patients with distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 70 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to Bijie Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2024 were simple randomly selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with external fixator,while the observation group was treated with volar locking plate.The pain intensity,wrist function and fracture healing were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 months after operation,the Cooney wrist scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the Cooney wrist score of the observation group(91.03±4.68)points was higher than that of the control group(81.52±4.15)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.995,both P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the ulnar deviation angle and palmar inclination angle of the two groups were larger than those before operation,the ulnar deviation angle and palmar inclination angle of the two groups were larger than those before operation,and the shortening height of radius was smaller than that before operation.The ulnar deviation angle and palmar inclination angle of the observation group were larger than those of the control group,the shortening height of the radius was smaller than that of the control group,and the fracture healing time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of volar locking plate for patients with distal radius fractures can more effectively enhance wrist function and accelerate the healing process of fractures.
