探究YAG激光结合矿物三氧化物凝聚体对儿童乳牙牙髓炎的治疗效果及安全性分析

Exploring the Therapeutic Effect and Safety Analysis of Yag Laser Combined with Mineral Trioxide Coagulant In The Treatment of Pulpitis in Children'S Milk Teeth

目的深入探究YAG激光结合矿物三氧化物凝聚体对儿童乳牙牙髓炎的治疗效果及其安全性。方法本研究采用回顾性分析方法,选取2022年6月—2024年1月单县中心医院口腔科收治的126例乳牙牙髓炎患儿的临床资料。根据治疗方法的不同分为联合组和常规组,每组63例。常规组应用矿物三氧化物凝聚体进行修补治疗,联合组额外采用钇铝石榴石(yttrium aluminum garnet,YAG)激光治疗。对比两组患儿的牙周状况、炎性因子水平、咀嚼功能、并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,联合组牙周情况、炎性因子水平以及咀嚼功能均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组并发症总发生率6.35%(4/63)低于常规组的19.05%(12/63),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.582,P<0.05)。结论YAG激光结合矿物三氧化物凝聚体在儿童乳牙牙髓炎的治疗中能有效改善患儿的牙周情况,降低炎性因子水平提升患儿的咀嚼功能,并减少并发症的产生。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of YAG laser combined with mineral trioxide aggregate on pulpitis of deciduous teeth in children.Methods A retrospective analysis method was use in this study.The clinical data of 126 children with pulpitis of deciduous teeth admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Shanxian Central Hospital from June 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into combined group and routine group,with 63 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with mineral trioxide aggregates for repair,and the combined group was additionally treated with yttrium aluminum garnet(YAG)laser.The periodontal status,inflammatory factor levels,chewing function,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the periodontal condition,inflammatory factor level and chewing function of the combined group were better than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In addition,the total incidence of complications in the combined group was 6.35%(4/63)lower than 19.05%(12/63)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.582,P<0.05).Conclusion YAG laser combined with mineral trioxide aggregate in the treatment of pulpitis of deciduous teeth in children can effectively improve the periodontal condition of children,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the chewing function of children,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
