摘要
目的探讨急性腹泻患儿采用布拉氏酵母菌治疗的临床效果及在改善胃肠激素水平中的作用。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年12月江苏省阜宁县人民医院收治的86例急性腹泻患儿为研究对象,按不同治疗方式分为两组,每组43例,对照组用磷酸铝凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌,对比两组治疗效果、大便性状评分与每日次数、胃肠激素指标[血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)、胃动素(motilin,MOT)与胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)]与不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.467,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组大便性状评分、每日大便次数与VIP、MOT、GAS水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性腹泻患儿采用布拉氏酵母菌治疗效果好,且安全性理想,能加速症状消退,减少大便次数,显著改善大便性状及胃肠激素水平。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea and its role in improving gastrointestinal hormone levels.Methods A total of 86 children with acute diarrhea admitted to Funing County People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aluminum phosphate gel,and the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces Boulardii on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,stool trait score and daily frequency,gastrointestinal hormone indexes[vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),motilin(MOT)and gastrin(GAS)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.467,P<0.05).After treatment,the stool trait score,daily stool frequency,VIP,MOT and GAS levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with acute diarrhea with Saccharomyces Boulardii has good effect and isdeal salety,which can accelerate symptom resolution,reduce bowel movements,significantly improve stool characteristics and gastrointestinal hormone levels.
