孟鲁司特钠片与硫酸镁注射液联合治疗老年支气管哮喘的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Montelukast Sodium Tablets Combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in the Elderly

目的探讨对老年支气管哮喘患者实施孟鲁司特钠片与硫酸镁注射液联合治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取2021年8月—2023年8月山东金乡宏大医院收治的86例老年支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法进行分组,每组43例。对照组采取常规对症支持治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服,与25%硫酸镁注射液静脉滴注,比较两组治疗效果、肺通气功能、炎症因子、临床症状改善情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.35%(41/43),低于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的第1 s用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、最大自主通气量、呼气流量峰值均高于对照组,气道阻力低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的血清白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α、转化生长因子-β2均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组患者咳嗽缓解时间为(5.40±1.45)d,喘息缓解时间为(3.23±0.68)d,胸闷缓解时间为(4.14±0.74)d,均短于对照组的(7.36±1.21)d、(4.80±0.93)d、(5.45±1.38)d,差异有统计学意义(t=6.806、8.936、5.486,P均<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠片与硫酸镁注射液联合使用疗效突出,能够帮助患者改善肺通气功能及机体炎症反应,加速患者病情的转归。

Objective To explore the efficacy of combined treatment of montelukast sodium tablets and magnesium sulfate injection in elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Shandong Jinxiang Hongda Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into groups according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic and supportive treatment.The study group was given oral montelukast sodium chewable tablets and intravenous drip with 25%magnesium sulfate injection on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effect,pulmonary ventilation function,inflammatory factors and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of drug treatment in the study group was 95.35%(41/43),which was lower than 81.40%(35/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity,maximum voluntary ventilation and peak expiratory flow after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the airway resistance was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin-6,interleukin-17,tumor necrosis factor-αand transforming growth factor-β2 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The remission time of cough in the study group was(5.40±1.45)d,the remission time of wheezing was(3.23±0.68)d,and the remission time of chest tightness was(4.14±0.74)d,which were shorter than the control group(7.36±1.21)d,(4.80±0.93)d,(5.45±1.38)d,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.806,8.936,5.486,all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of montelukast sodium tablets and magnesium sulfate injection has outstanding curative effect,which can help patients improve lung ventilation function and inflammatory reaction,and accelerate the prognosis of patients.
