围术期优质护理在经导管主动脉瓣置换术后患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Perioperative High Quality Nursing in Patients after Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement

目的分析围术期优质护理在经导管主动脉瓣置换术(transcatheter aortic valve implantation,TAVR)后患者中的应用价值。方法方便选取2021年6月—2023年6月深圳市罗湖区人民医院收治的96例TAVR患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为普通组、配合组,各48例。普通组实施传统护理,配合组实施围术期优质护理,比较两组的不良情绪、护理依从性、并发症发生率、护理满意率。结果护理后,配合组焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。配合组护理依从率高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。配合组并发症发生率低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。配合组护理满意率为93.75%(45/48),高于普通组的77.08%(37/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.352,P<0.05)。结论TAVR后患者实施围术期优质护理后,能提升患者的护理依从性,改善其不良情绪,减少并发症的发生,并提高其护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of perioperative high quality nursing in patients after transcatheter aortic valve implantation(TAVR).Methods A total of 96 patients with TAVR admitted to Shenzhen Luohu District People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the general group and the cooperation group,with 48 cases in each group.The general group was given traditional nursing,and the cooperation group was given perioperative high quality nursing.The bad mood,nursing compliance,complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the cooperation group were lower than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the cooperation group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the cooperation group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the cooperation group was 93.75%(45/48),which was higher than 77.08%(37/48)of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.352,P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of perioperative high quality nursing for patients after TAVR,it can improve the patient's nursing compliance,improve their bad mood,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
