ICU早期康复护理在心脏外科术后患者护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in ICU in Postoperative Care of Extracardiac Patients

目的探究ICU早期康复护理模式应用在心脏外科术后患者护理中的效果及对患者术后并发症的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年7月—2023年12月上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院重症医学科ICU行心脏外科手术治疗的80例患者的临床资料,按照不同护理方法分为两组,对照组(40例)予以常规护理,观察组(40例)予以早期康复护理。比较两组患者术后不良事件发生情况、生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分中角色功能、躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论ICU早期康复护理模式用于心脏外科术后患者护理干预中的效果比较理想,可改善康复效果,避免并发症的出现,提升生活质量与护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing model in ICU on postoperative patient care after extracardiac surgery and its impact on complication in patients.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who underwent cardiac surgery in ICU of Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from July 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(40 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(40 cases)was given early rehabilitation nursing.The incidence of postoperative complication,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The role function,physical function,cognitive function and emotional function in the quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was as high as 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing model in the ICU has a relatively ideal effect in the nursing intervention of postoperative patients after extracardiac surgery,which can improve the rehabilitation effect,avoid the accurence of complications,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
