协同护理模式对血液透析患者自护能力及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Collaborative Nursing Mode on Self-care Ability and Quality of Life of Hemodialysis Patients

目的探究对血液透析患者实施协同护理模式后对自护能力和生活质量的影响。方法依据不同护理方式将新沂市人民医院2020年1月—2023年10月期间接收治疗的190例血液透析患者分为两组,即对照组(n=95,常规护理)、观察组(n=95,常规护理联合协同护理)。比较两组自护能力、生活质量、心理状态、护理满意度。结果护理后,与对照组进行比较,观察组自我护理能力以及生活质量评分均更高,焦虑自评量表以及抑郁自评量表评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.84%(92/95),高于对照组的85.26%(81/95),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.817,P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析患者,实施协同护理模式,有助于增强其自护能力,提高其生活质量,改善其负面情绪,且护理满意度更高。

Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing mode on self-care ability and quality of life in hemodialysis patients.Methods According to different nursing methods,190 hemodialysis patients who received treatment in Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were divided into two groups,namely the control group(n=95,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=95,routine nursing combined with collaborative nursing).The self-care ability,quality of life,psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,Compared with the control group,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were higher,and the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.84%(92/95),which was higher than 85.26%(81/95)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.817,P<0.05).Conclusion For hemodialysis patients,the implementation of collaborative nursing mode is helpful to enhance their self-care ability,improve their quality of life,improve their negative emotions,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
