小儿肺炎实施全程护理对患儿依从性的干预效果分析

摘要 目的分析在小儿肺炎中实施全程护理干预对患儿情绪状态以及依从性等方面的影响。方法简单随机选取2023年10月—2024年1月滨州医学院附属医院收治的60例肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分为研究组与参照组,每组30例,参照组与研究组分别予以常规护理与全程护理,比较患儿护理前后FLACC评分、护理依从性。结果护理前,两组患儿FLACC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患儿FLACC评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的护理依从性为96.67%(29/30),高于参照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030)。结论在小儿肺炎中实施全程护理干预有助于改善患儿的行为,提升护理依从性,应用价值比较高。 Objective To analyze the impact of implementing full process nursing intervention on the compliance of children with pneumonia.Methods From October 2023 to January 2024,60 children with pneumonia admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital were simply and randomly selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and reference group,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group and the study group were given routine nursing and whole course nursing respectively.The FLACC scores and nursing compliance before and after nursing were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in FLACC score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the FLACC score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030).Conclusion The implementation of full process nursing intervention in children with pneumonia is helpful to improve the behavior of children and improve nursing compliance,which is of high application value and worthy of promotion.
