二地鳖甲煎汤与知柏地黄丸结合治疗对勃起功能障碍肾阴虚证患者的疗效探究

Curative Effect of Erdi Biejia Decoction Combined with Zhibai Dihuang Pill on Patients with Erectile Dysfunction of Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome

目的分析二地鳖甲煎汤与知柏地黄丸联合治疗勃起功能障碍肾阴虚证患者的临床效果。方法方便选取2022年4月—2024年4月福清市医院收治的112例勃起功能障碍肾阴虚证患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各56例。对照组采用知柏地黄丸治疗,研究组采用二地鳖甲煎汤联合知柏地黄丸治疗。比较两组中医症状评分、勃起功能和勃起硬度、血清性激素指标。结果治疗后,两组主要症状和次要症状评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组国际勃起功能指数-5和勃起硬度量表评分分别为(20.45±5.62)分、(3.77±1.05)分,高于对照组的(17.72±4.56)分、(3.15±1.04)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.823、3.139,P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的睾酮均上升,且研究组高于对照组,两组患者的雌二醇、黄体生成素、促卵泡生成激素、催乳素均下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论二地鳖甲煎汤联合知柏地黄丸治疗勃起功能障碍肾阴虚证,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,提升其勃起功能和硬度,并改善其血清性激素指标。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Erdi Biejia Decoction combined with Zhibai Dihuang Pill in the treatment of erectile dysfunction patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 112 patients with erectile dysfunction with kidney yin deficiency syndrome admitted to Fuqing Hospital from April 2022 to 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Pill,and the study group was treated with Erdi Biejia Decoction combined with Zhibai Dihuang Pill.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,erectile function,erectile hardness and serum sex hormone indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the International Index of Erectile Function 5 and Erectile Hardness Scale scores of the study group were(20.45±5.62)points and(3.77±1.05)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(17.72±4.56)points and(3.15±1.04)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.823,3.139,both P<0.05).After treatment,the testosterone of the two groups increased,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone and prolactin of the two groups decreased,and those of the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Erdi Biejia Decoction combined with Zhibai Dihuang Pill in the treatment of erectile dysfunction with kidney yin deficiency syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their erectile function and hardness,and improve their serum sex hormone indicators.
