摘要
高压气态储氢罐为氢燃料电池汽车主流储氢装置。本文通过在ANSYS中导入三维模型,运用CFD数值模拟研究罐体充注一定质量流量氢气后对储氢罐结构及内部流场的影响,基于CFD模型得出的罐体内胆压力、温度场分布,验证所设计车载储氢罐设计的合理性。
High pressure gaseous hydrogen storage tanks are the mainstream hydrogen storage devices for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.This article combines the actual engineering situation and previous research,imports a three-dimensional model into ANSYS,and uses CFD numerical simulation to study the impact of filling a certain mass flow rate of hydrogen into the tank on the structure and internal flow field of the hydrogen storage tank.Based on the CFD model,the pressure and temperature field distribution inside the tank are obtained to verify the rationality of the designed vehicle mounted hydrogen storage tank design.
