摘要
为提高气缸盖加工生产线的自动化率,降低人工成本,本文研究工业机器人及视觉集成等技术,实现加工生产线的自动化、柔性化、智能化生产。设计专用输送系统,实现各单元之间的联通;采用机器人视觉结合地轨第七轴的方案,实现一台机器人给多台加工中心上下料;搭建整线主控系统,实现工件自动排单、自动上下料、自动加工的控制。
In order to improve the automation rate of cylinder head processing production lines and reduce labor costs,this article studies industrial robots and visual integration technologies to achieve automated,flexible,and intelligent production of processing production lines.Design a dedicated conveying system to achieve connectivity between various units;By combining robot vision with the seventh axis of the ground rail,a solution is adopted to enable one robot to load and unload materials on multiple machining centers;Build a main control system for the entire production line to achieve automatic scheduling of workpieces,automatic loading and unloading,and automatic processing control.
