摘要
依托机电一体化项目赛项用设备SX-815Q机电一体化综合实训设备,简单介绍了自动化生产线中检测分拣单元常用的故障诊断分析方法,然后以检测分拣单元中检测钢球颗粒数量错误的故障现象作为示例,采用逐步逼近法,从观察故障现象、分析故障原因和精准故障排除三个环节进行了故障诊断与排除的详细探究,掌握自动化生产线常见故障分析及排除的方法非常重要,为维修人员提供了指导性的经验和价值,同时也为职业院校师生在自动化生产线相关课程中的学习提供了一定的参考作用。
