某核电站柴油机吹车时示功阀喷油问题分析及处理

Analysis And Treatment of Fuel Injection Problem of Indicator Valve During Diesel Engine Blowing in A Nuclear Power Station

针对国内某核电站柴油机日常试验前吹车阶段气缸头示功阀出现喷油的问题,分别从活塞环、曲轴箱、气缸头部件、涡轮增压器等方面对柴油机燃烧室进润滑油的可能故障进行了原因分析,确认柴油机缸头气门杆与气门导管之间的密封存在适用性设计缺陷。针对这一问题,提出处理方法及预防措施,有效解决了此型号柴油机缸头示功阀喷润滑油问题。

Aiming at the problem of oil injection in the cylinder head indicator valve of a diesel engine in a domestic nuclear power plant before the daily test,the possible failure of lubricating oil into the combustion chamber of a diesel engine was analyzed from the aspects of piston ring,crankcase,cylinder head parts,turbocharger,etc.,and it was confirmed that the seal between the valve rod of the diesel cylinder head and the valve guide had suitability design defects.In view of this problem,the treatment methods and preventive measures are put forward to effectively solve the lubricating oil injection problem of the cylinder head indicator valve of this model diesel engine.
