摘要
为进一步降低柴油机有害气体的排放,通过喷射系统优化,保障燃气、空气充分融合,加速燃油燃烧速度,可对碳排放总量进行有效控制。通过温度优化以及进气压力优化,让进口温度保持在较低范围内,并在一定程度上吸收压缩热,继而有效对最高温度值进行控制,实现有害燃烧气体排放数量的控制,通过压缩比的提升,以此保证柴油机的燃烧效率,从而实现柴油机整体结构、系统的优化,切实减少柴油机排放。
In order to further reduce the harmful gas emission of diesel engine,the total carbon emission can be effectively controlled by optimizing the injection system,ensuring the full integration of gas and air,and accelerating the fuel combustion speed.Through temperature optimization and intake pressure optimization,the inlet temperature is kept in a low range,and the compression heat is absorbed to a certain extent,and then the highest temperature value is effectively controlled,so as to control the amount of harmful combustion gases.By increasing the compression ratio,the combustion efficiency of the diesel engine is ensured,so as to optimize the overall structure and system of the diesel engine and effectively reduce the diesel engine emissions.
