摘要
如何应对日新月异的技术发展和高标准的人才需求,作为高职院校责任重大。培养学生的职业核心素养是关键。在综合分析了高职院校职业核心素养培养现状后,结合汽修专业的课程教学与评价方式改革经验,提出了将核心素养融入专业课程教学的实施策略:对接需求,构建核心素养体系;以生为本,优化课程教学模式;全面提升,完善教学评价过程。并以《汽车发动机构造与维修》课程为例开展了实践验证。
How to cope with the rapid technological development and high standards of talent demand,as a higher vocational college responsibility.The key lies in cultivating students'vocational core qualities.After a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of vocational core literacy training in higher vocational colleges,combined with the experience of course teaching and evaluation reform of auto repair major,this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of integrating core literacy into professional curriculum teaching:docking needs,building core literacy system;Student-oriented,optimize the course teaching model;Comprehensively improve the teaching evaluation process.The course"Automobile Engine Construction and Maintenance"is taken as an example to carry out practice verification.
