组合纤维聚结分离高效油水分离器的研究与应用

摘要 渤海A油田目前处于高含水、高采出的双高阶段,由于海上空间受限,油田产出液处理难度大,原处理流程复杂且设备多,导致空间和产液矛盾突出。通过设计一套短流程、绿色高效的油气田生产污水处理装备组合纤维聚结分离高效油水分离器,并替代传统斜板除油器-加气浮选器污水处理流程,为海上油田生产污水处理系统改造提供技术支撑,对推动我国海上油气资源开发具有重大意义。 The Bohai A oilfield is currently in a dual high stage of high water content and high recovery.Due to limited offshore space,the processing of produced fluids in the oilfield is difficult.The original processing flow is complex and involves too many equipment,which leads to increasing contradiction between space and fluid production.By designing and researching a set of short process,green and efficient oil and gas field production wastewater treatment equipment composite fiber agglomeration separation(CFC)high-efficiency oil-water separator,and successfully applying it in oil fields,it can replace the traditional plate degreaser plus air flotation separator wastewater treatment process and provide technical support for the transformation of offshore oil field production wastewater treatment system,which is of great significance for promoting the development of offshore oil and gas resources in China.
