乙烯装置炉管堵塞问题及“三步法”解决方案研究

摘要 SC-1型裂解炉凭借其独特设计和卓越性能,在乙烯生产中占据重要地位,然而由于原料性质、裂解温度、停留时间和烃分压等因素造成炉管堵塞,成为制约装置稳定运行的关键问题。为克服这一难题,文章提出了“三步法”的解决方案,通过调整裂解炉横跨段压力和炉管温度,解决了炉管堵塞问题,保障了乙烯装置的稳定运行,同时也避免了因长时间停产检修而造成的损失,为企业带来可观的经济效益。 With its unique design and excellent performance,SC-1 cracking furnace plays an important role in ethylene production.However,due to factors such as raw material properties,cracking temperature,residence time and hydrocarbon partial pressure,the furnace tube blockage has become a key problem restricting the stable operation of the unit.In order to overcome this problem,the solution of“three-step method”were put forward,by adjusting the pressure of the cross section of the cracking furnace and the temperature of the furnace tube to solve the blockage problem of the furnace tube and ensure the stable operation of the ethylene unit,which brings considerable economic benefits to the enterprise,avoiding the loss caused by the long-term shutdown maintenance.
