中美贸易战对中国5G通信产业的影响及对策研究

美国出于贸易保护主义、“美国优先”的原则和维护霸权地位的目的,自2017年起绕过WTO规则不断对中国高科技进行打压和制裁,5G通信产业更是成为中美贸易战核心中的核心。这对于中国的5G通信产业是一个巨大的挑战,所产生的不利影响是巨大的。同时,在压力之下发展机遇也是巨大的。争夺以5G为首的高新技术战争已不仅仅是产业、企业的战争,实质上已经是整个国家之间的战争,必须高度重视、化解不利因素、争取发展机遇。本研究的意义在于应对中美贸易战、促进中国5G通信产业健康发展,做好长期应对美国施压的准备。建议包括确保中国5G通信产业的国际竞争力;开拓国内和国际市场;重视5G通信产业的技术和产品需求;建设完整的5G通信产业链;推动中国5G通信产业的健康发展等内容。

The United States,driven by trade protectionism,the principle of“America First”,and the purpose of maintaining its hegemonic position,has been continuously suppressing and imposing sanctions on China's high-tech industry since 2017,bypassing WTO rules.The 5G communication industry has become the core of the China US trade war.This is a huge challenge for China's 5G communication industry,and the adverse effects it produces are enormous.At the same time,there are enormous opportunities for development under pressure.The battle for high-tech,led by 5G,is no longer just a war between industries and enterprises,but essentially a war between the entire country.We must attach great importance to resolving unfavorable factors and strive for development opportunities.The significance of this study lies in responding to the China US trade war,promoting the healthy development of China's 5G communication industry,and preparing for long-term pressure from the United States.Suggestions include ensuring the international competitiveness of China's 5G communication industry;Expand domestic and international markets;Pay attention to the technological and product demands of the 5G communication industry;Building a complete 5G communication industry chain;Promote the healthy development of China's 5G communication industry and other related content.
