西部地区经济过早服务化现象、问题及对策研究

Research on the Phenomenon,Problems and Countermeasures of Early Service oriented Economy in Western Regions

西部出现经济过早服务化现象,主要由于工业发展受内陆区位制约、在全国大趋势下经济被动服务化、服务业发展略微超前、建筑业和农业的发展一定程度地填补了工业发展的不足等因素造成。但西部经济过早服务化可能带来产业空心化、经济基础相对脆弱、产业结构演进缓慢、创新驱动不足等问题。论文提出加强优势制造业的发展、发展带动力较强的服务业、不断提高农业生产效率、积极畅通出口的通道建设等措施。

The phenomenon of premature servitization of the economy in the western region is mainly due to the constraints of inland location on industrial development,passive servitization of the economy under the national trend,slightly advanced development of the service industry,and the development of construction and agriculture to some extent filling the gaps in industrial development.However,premature servitization of the western economy may lead to problems such as industrial hollowing out,relatively fragile economic foundation,slow evolution of industrial structure,and insufficient innovation drive.The paper proposes measures such as strengthening the development of advantageous manufacturing industries,developing service industries with strong driving forces,continuously improving agricultural production efficiency,and actively constructing smooth export channels.
