“中国特色企业家精神”培育视角下高职院校创新创业教育改革研究

Research on the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Cultivating the Spirit of Chinese Characteristics Entrepreneurs

摘要 通过对当前中国高职院校大学生创新创业教育现状的调查研究,本课题梳理出目前这方面存在的问题。分析出现这些问题的原因和影响双创教育质量的因素,提出“区校一体”的“专创融合”体制机制建设,开展基于培育学生“中国特色企业家精神”的创新创业教育教学改革实践,建立以成果孵化为导向的创新创业保障体系,设立创新创业孵化器,促进优质项目落地,以此推进创新创业教育改革。通过学校与无锡奥特维科技股份有限公司共建奥特维智能制造产业学院,成立现代学徒制班,对创新“专创融合”双创人才培养模式的成功案例进行分析。得出校企全方位合作共育具有国际视野、创新精神、创业能力和社会责任感的高素质技术技能人才的结论。 Analyze the reasons for these problems and the factors affecting the quality of entrepreneurship and innovation education,propose the construction of a“district school integration”and“specialized entrepreneurship integration”system and mechanism,carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching reform practices based on cultivating students"Chinese characteristic entrepreneurial spirit",establish an innovation and entrepreneurship guarantee system guided by results incubation,set up innovation and entrepreneurship incubators,promote the landing of high-quality projects,and thus promote innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.Through the joint construction of the Otwei Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College by the school and Wuxi Otwei Technology Co.,Ltd.,a modern apprenticeship class was established to analyze successful cases of innovative"specialized innovation integration"dual innovation talent training models.The conclusion is drawn that schools and enterprises should cooperate comprehensively to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with international vision,innovative spirit,entrepreneurial ability,and social responsibility.
