随着当前社会信息技术的快速发展,企业对高层次技术技能型人才需求日益增加。因此,“1+X”制度下,职业本科金融科技应用专业的人才培养模式需要发展更新。本文是在“1+X”制度背景下,通过深入分析职业本科院校金融科技应用专业人才培养的六大现状,探索一条“1+X”证书制度背景下职业本科的教学路径,打造符合时代要求的跨界融合型双导师教学团队,以资格技能标准为引领建设校企深度融合的人才培养基地。

With the rapid development of information technology in current society,the demand for high-level technical and skilled talents in enterprises is increasing day by day.Therefore,under the“1+X”system,the talent training model for vocational undergraduate financial technology application majors needs to be developed and updated.This article explores a teaching path for vocational undergraduate students under the background of the“1+X”certificate system by analyzing the six current situations of talent cultivation in the financial technology application major in vocational undergraduate colleges.It aims to create a cross-border integrated dual mentor teaching team that meets the requirements of the times,and to build a talent training base for deep integration between schools and enterprises guided by qualification and skill standards.
