血清anti-HSP60、睾酮水平对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的预测价值

The predictive value of serum anti-HSP60 and testosterone levels in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with infertility

目的:探讨血清anti-热休克蛋白60(Heat shock protein 60,HSP60)、睾酮水平对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并不孕的预测价值。方法:2018年2月至2021年2月选择在本院诊治的多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者88例作为研究组,同期选择在本院体检中心进行孕前体检的88例健康妇女作为对照组。检测研究组与对照组血清anti-HSP60、睾酮水平并进行多因素与预测价值分析。结果:研究组与对照组的年龄、体重指数、初潮年龄、腰围、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三酯,对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组的血清anti-HSP60、睾酮水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,血清anti-HSP60、睾酮是多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示血清anti-HSP60、睾酮预测PCOS合并不孕症的曲线下面积分别为0.782、0.813,预测敏感性与特异性都超过了70.0%。结论:血清anti-HSP60、睾酮水平对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者中呈现高表达水平,也是导致不孕发生的重要因素,对于多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的预测也具有重要价值。

Objective:To explore the predictive values of serum anti-Heat shock protein 60(HSP60)and testosterone levels for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)combined with infertility.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2021,88 cases of patients with PCOS and infertility who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital were selected as the PCOS group,and 88 cases of healthy women who underwent pre-pregnancy physical examination at the medical checkup center of Lingcheng People's Hospital,Dezhou City,Shandong Province were selected as the matched group during the same period.Detected the serum anti-HSP60 and testosterone levels of the two groups and given multi-factor,predictive value analysis.Results:There were no significant difference in age,body mass index,age at menarche,waist circumference,FBG,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,TC compared between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of serum anti-HSP60 and testosterone in the PCOS group were higher than those in the matched group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that anti-HSP60 and testosterone were independent risk factors for PCOS and infertility(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of serum anti-HSP60 and testosterone in predicting PCOS complicated with infertility were 0.782 and 0.813,respectively,and the sensitivity and specificity of prediction were both more than 70.0%.Conclusion:Serum anti-HSP60 and testosterone levels present high expression levels in PCOS patients with infertility,which are also important factors leading to infertility,and are also of important value for the prediction of PCOS with infertility.
