产房护理中开展持续质量改进对产房质量控制的影响

Effects of continuous quality improvement in delivery room nursing on quality control of delivery room

目的:探讨产房护理中开展持续质量改进对产房质量控制的影响。方法:选择2018年2月至2022年1月在本院建档分娩的产妇78例,其中2018年2月至2019年9月建档分娩38例(对照组),2020年6月至2022年1月建档分娩40例(持续质量改进组)。对照组给予常规产房护理,持续质量改进组在对照组护理的基础上给予持续质量改进,记录产房质量控制情况。结果:持续质量改进组的健康教育、基础护理、护理文书写作、服务态度、沟通能力等产房护理质量评分都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。持续质量改进组的第一产程与第二产程时间都明显少于对照组(P<0.05),第三产程比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。持续质量改进组出院时的护理满意度为100.0%,对照组为92.1%,两组对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:产房护理中开展持续质量改进可以提高产房护理质量,能缩短第一产程、第二产程时间,也可改善母婴预后,提高产妇的护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effects of continuous quality improvement in delivery room nursing on the quality control of delivery room.Methods:A total of 78 women were registered in the hospital from February 2018 to January 2022,among which 38 were registered from February 2018 to September 2019(matched group),and 40 were registered from June 2020 to January 2022(continuous quality improvement group).The matched group gave routine delivery room care,and the continuous quality improvement group gave continuous quality improvement on the basis of the matched group care to record the quality control of the delivery room.Results:The nursing quality scores of health education,basic nursing,nursing document writing,service attitude and communication ability in the continuous quality improvement group were higher than those in the matched group(P<0.05).The first and second stages of the continuous quality improvement group were less than the matched group(P<0.05),there was no difference in the third labor process(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction at discharge was 100.0%in the continuous quality improvement group and 92.1%in the matched group,and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement in delivery room care can improve the quality of delivery room care,shorten the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor,but also improve the prognosis of maternal and infant,and improve the satisfaction of maternal care.
