宫瘤消胶囊对子宫肌瘤患者性激素、血清HE4、CA125水平及瘤体、子宫体积的影响

Effects of gongliuxiao capsule on sex hormone,serum HE4,CA125 levels,tumor and uterine volume in patients with uterine fibroids

目的:探究分析宫瘤消胶囊对子宫肌瘤患者性激素、血清HE4、CA125水平及瘤体、子宫体积的影响,探讨其对子宫肌瘤患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年3月本院收治的76例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各38例,其中对照组遵医嘱单一服用米非司酮治疗,治疗组遵医嘱服用宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗,测评比较两组用药治疗前后的性激素、血清肿瘤标志物(HE4、CA125)水平及瘤体、子宫体积情况。结果:经过2个疗程用药治疗后,治疗组的孕激素、雌激素、HE4、CA125指标水平均低于对照组,治疗组的瘤体及子宫体积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤能够有效降低性激素、HE4、CA125水平,有效控制子宫肌瘤的发生与发展,临床应用效果较佳。

Objective:To explore the effect of Gongliuxiao capsule on sex hormones,serum HE4,CA125 levels,tumor body and uterine volume in patients with uterine fibroids,and to explore its therapeutic effect on patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:76 cases of patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group,among them,the control group was treated with mifepristone alone,and the treatment group was treated with Gongliuxiao capsule combined with mifepristone.The levels of sex hormones,serum tumor markers(HE4,CA125)and tumor body before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,uterine volume.Results:After two courses of treatment,the levels of progesterone,estrogen,HE4 and CA125 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the volume of tumor and uterus in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gongliuxiao Capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively reduce the levels of sex hormones,HE4 and CA125,effectively control the occurrence and development of uterine fibroids,and the clinical application effect is better,can be actively promoted in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological uterine fibroids.
