摘要
随着建筑工程项目的日益复杂化,传统的施工管理模式在应对多变的施工环境和精确控制施工质量方面表现出诸多局限。为此,研究结合模糊综合评价方法与建筑信息建模技术,提出了一种精细化建筑施工策略。利用层次分析法创建施工质量监测指标体系,应用建筑信息建模技术对施工过程中的各环节进行质量管理,最后建立模糊综合评价模型。研究结果表明,经过精细化质量控制后,钢筋、混凝土和铝模的合格率分别提升了6.8%、10.1%和6.8%,材料损耗分别减少了2.8%、3.9%和3.8%。同时,该方法在造价目标方面也体现出了良好的效果,证明研究提出的策略在提升施工质量和资源节约方面的有效性,为提高建筑施工质量、减少资源浪费提供重要的理论支持和实践指导。
With the increasing complexity of construction projects,traditional construction management models have shown many limitations in dealing with changing construction environments and accurately controlling construction quality.Therefore,a refined construction strategy is proposed by combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and building information modeling technology.By using the analytic hierarchy process to create a construction quality monitoring index system,applying building information modeling technology to manage the quality of each link in the construction process,and finally establishing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The research results show that after refined quality control,the qualification rates of steel bars,concrete,and aluminum molds have increased by 6.8%,10.1%,and 6.8%respectively,and material losses have been reduced by 2.8%,3.9%,and 3.8%respectively.At the same time,this method has also demonstrated good results in falsifying targets,proving the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in improving construction quality and resource conservation.It provides important theoretical support and practical guidance for improving construction quality and reducing resource waste.
