2017—2022年天津市河东区入托入学儿童接种证查验及疫苗补种情况分析

Examination of children’s vaccination certificates and supplementary vaccination in Hedong District,Tianjin,from 2017 to 2022

目的了解天津市河东区入托入学儿童接种证查验情况,为提高疫苗接种率提供依据。方法通过天津市免疫规划信息管理系统收集接种证查验和疫苗补种资料,采用描述流行病学进行数据分析。结果2017—2022年河东区均已完成接种证查验工作,查验覆盖率、持证率、查验率和疫苗补种率均符合要求;各年补种率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);小学和幼儿园疫苗补种率差异无统计学意义(P=0.648);白破疫苗和A+C群流脑疫苗漏种剂次较多。结论河东区入托入学儿童接种证查验工作开展顺利,补种率较高,但仍应继续加强白破疫苗和A+C群流脑疫苗接种工作。

Objective This study examined the verification status of vaccination certificates among children attending school in Hedong District,Tianjin,to provide evidence for increasing the vaccination coverage rate.Methods Vaccination certificate data were collected through the Information Management System of Tianjin’s immunization program and were analyzed through descriptive epidemiology.Results Verification of vaccination certificates was completed in Hedong District,Tianjin,from 2017 to 2022.The verification coverage,certificate holding rate,verification rate,and vaccine replacement rate all complied with the requirements.A significant difference was observed in the rate of reseeding each year(P<0.05).No significant difference in vaccination coverage rates was identified between primary school and kindergarten(P=0.648).DT and MPV-AC vaccines had more missed doses.Conclusions School children’s vaccination certificates in Hedong district were verified,and the replanting rate was high.However,vaccination with DT and MPV-AC vaccines should continue to be strengthened.
