早期进食对无痛肠镜下息肉摘除术后患者胃肠功能的影响

Effect of early feeding on gastrointestinal function of patients after painless colonoscopy polypectomy

目的 分析无痛肠镜下息肉摘除术后早期进食对患者胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年12月本院消化内科收治的80例肠息肉患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。所有患者均行无痛肠镜下息肉摘除术,对照组术后24 h完全禁止经口进食,观察组术后2 h给予早期进食。对比2组的胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、疼痛水平及并发症。结果 观察组术后排气时间为(2.33±0.46)h、首次大便时间为(2.10±0.71)d、肠鸣音恢复时间为(7.56±1.45)h、住院时间为(3.02±0.35)d,均短于对照组的(6.80±1.25)h、(2.65±0.72)d、(16.22±3.20)h、(3.22±0.50)d,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后VAS评分的组间效应无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低血糖、恶心/呕吐、出血、腹胀发生率两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 行无痛肠镜下息肉摘除的患者术后早期进食能促进其胃肠功能恢复,且不提高患者术后疼痛水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of early feeding after painless colonoscopy polypectomy on gastrointestinal function of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with intestinal polyps admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.All patients underwent painless colonoscopy polypectomy,and oral feeding was completely prohibited for 24 hours in the control group and early feeding in the observation group 2 hours after surgery.The recovery time,length of hospital stay,pain level,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the postoperative exhaust time was(2.33±0.46) h,the time to first stool was(2.10±0.71) d,the recovery time of bowel sounds was(7.56±1.45) h,and the length of hospital stay was(3.02±0.35) d,which were shorter than those in the control group:(6.80±1.25) h,(2.65±0.72) d,(16.22±3.20) h,and(3.22±0.50) d respectively.and the differences were statistically significant(all P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the effect of VAS score intergroup effects(P>0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia,nausea and vomiting,bleeding,and abdominal distension intergroup differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Early postoperative feeding of patients undergoing painless colonoscopy polypectomy can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and not increase the postoperative pain level of the patients.
