摘要
职业教育科教融汇是职业教育实现与最前沿科学、技术、生产趋势融合汇聚发展的过程。新时代背景下,推进科教融汇有利于破解科技创新的“阿喀琉斯之踵”,有利于深化科学、技术、生产的“链环—回路”关系模式,有利于增加人口回旋空间、促进经济高质量发展,有利于增强职业教育适应性、加快发展新质生产力。马克思恩格斯关于“科技、生产力、教育”的经典论述为科教融汇提供了理论之基,新中国成立后党中央关于“教育科技人才一起抓”的实践为新时代科教融汇提供了历史之源,《科学技术进步法》《职业教育法》为科教融汇提供了法律之据。为深入推进科教融汇,政府应加强对职业教育科教融汇的统筹布局;强化市场性激励,创新职业教育科教融汇样态;加快职业教育科技化转向。
Under the background of the new era,promoting the science-education integration is conducive to address the Achilles’heel of scientific and technological innovation.It is helpful for deepening the“chain-loop”relationship model among science,technology,and production,improving the population swing space and promoting the high-quality economic growth.Also,it is good for enhancing vocational education’s adaptability and accelerating development of new quality productive forces.The classic works of Marx and Engels’on science,technology,productivity,and education have established the theoretical foundation for the integration of science and education,the initiatives undertaken by the Party Central Committee regarding education,science,and technological talent following the establishment of New China have provided the historical source for science-education integration in the new era.Besides,both of the Law on Scientific and Technological Advancement and the Law on Vocational Education have provided the legal framework to support this integration.In order to further promote the science-education integration,the government should strengthen the overall layout of science-education integration in vocational education;strengthen the market incentive and innovate the integration pattern of science and education in vocational education;accelerate the transformation of vocational education into science and technology.
