摘要
目的:探究白细胞介素4诱导蛋白1(IL4I1)、程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)在肺腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2021~2023年在福建中医药大学附属人民医院进行手术治疗的肺腺癌患者180例进行回顾性分析,采用免疫组织化学法检测术后患者肿瘤组织中IL4I1、PD-L1的表达情况,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测IL4I1的表达情况。比较IL4I1与PD-L1在肺腺癌病理因素阳性表达;PD-L1的表达与肺腺癌病理因素的关系;比较IL4I1在不同T分期及组织学分级肺腺癌中的表达水平。结果:IL4I1与PD-L1在肺腺癌阳性表达率分别为85.56%(154/180)、36.11%(65/180);肺腺癌中,IL4I1、PD-L1阳性患者60岁以上、男性、TNM分期Ⅱ期、吸烟、淋巴结转移比例高于阴性患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在组织学分型的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肺腺癌中PD-L1阳性患者中,PD-L1高表达患者吸烟、淋巴结转移、TNM分期Ⅱ期比例高于低表达与不表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在年龄、性别的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肺腺癌中,IL4I1表达水平与TNM分期以及组织学分级有关,肺腺癌Ⅱ期患者IL4I1表达水平高于Ⅰ期患者,IL4I1表达水平在G1、G2、G3、G4患者中逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺腺癌组织中,PD-L1表达水平与吸烟、淋巴结转移、TNM分期Ⅱ期具有相关性,在吸烟、淋巴结转移与TNM分期Ⅱ期患者中较高,IL4I1表达水平在TNM分期Ⅱ期与G4患者中较高。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of Interleukin 4 Induced Protein(IL4I1)and Programmed Death-Ligand 1(PD-L1)in lung adenocarcinoma.Method A retrospective analysis was performed on 180 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from 2021 to 2023.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IL4I1 and PD-L1 in postoperative tumor tissues,and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of IL4I1.The positive expression of IL4I1 and PD-L1 in pathological factors of lung adenocarcinoma was compared.The relationship between PD-L1 expression and pathological factors of lung adenocarcinoma;To compare the expression levels of IL4I1 in lung adenocarcinoma of different T stages and histological grades.Results The positive expression rates of IL4I1 and PD-L1 in lung adenocarcinoma were 85.56%(154/180)and 36.11%(65/180),respectively.In lung adenocarcinoma,the proportion of IL4I1 and PD-L1 positive patients over 60 years old,male,TNM stageⅡ,smoking and lymph node metastasis was higher than that of negative patients,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but no statistical significance in tissue type(P>0.05).Among the patients with PD-L1 positive lung adenocarcinoma,the proportion of smoking,lymph node metastasis and TNM stageⅡin patients with high PD-L1 expression was higher than that in patients with low expression and no expression,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in age and gender(P>0.05).In lung adenocarcinoma,the expression level of IL4I1 was related to TNM stage and histological grade.The expression level of IL4I1 in stageⅡpatients was higher than that in stageⅠpatients,and the expression level of IL4I1 in G1,G2,G3 and G4 patients was gradually increased(P<0.05).Conclusion In lung adenocarcinoma tissues,the expression level of PD-L1 was correlated with smoking,lymph node metastasis and TNM stageⅡ,and was higher in patients with smoking,lymph node metastasis and TNM stageⅡ,and the expression level of IL4I1 was higher in patients with TNM stageⅡand G4 patients.
