幼儿教师体育教学胜任力结构模型及提升路径——基于扎根理论的质性研究

Structural Model of Physical Education Teaching Competency of Early Childhood Teachers and Path to Improvement:A Qualitative Study Based on Rooted Theory

摘要 运用程序性扎根理论方法论、行为事件访谈法,借助NVivo11.0对访谈资料进行编码分析,探索幼儿教师体育教学活动胜任力的结构模型。研究发现,幼儿教师体育教学活动胜任力的构成要素包括体育教学知识、体育教学能力、职业品格和个人特性。基于此,从加强继续教育,积累体育教学知识;创建“工作访”,增强教师体育教学能力;制定考核标准,树立优良职业品格;借助内外合力,打造正向个人特性四个方面提出幼儿教师体育教学胜任力的提升路径。 The structural model of competence in physical education teaching activities of early childhood teachers was explored by using procedural rooted theory methodology,behavioral event interview method,and coding and analyzing the interview data with the help of NVivo 11.0.It was found that the components of early childhood teachers’competence in physical education teaching activities include physical education teaching knowledge,physical education teaching ability,professional character and personal characteristics.Based on this,the paper proposes a path to improve the physical education competence of early childhood teachers from four aspects:strengthening continuing education to accumulate physical education knowledge;creating“work visits”to enhance teachers’physical education competence;setting assessment standards to establish good professional character;and utilizing internal and external synergies to create positive personal characteristics.
