海上风电产业链创新发展研究

Research on innovation and development of offshore wind power industry chain

在“双碳”目标的指引下,全球能源结构重塑,海上风电作为重要的新能源发电形式持续保持快速发展。我国海上风电近年来完成了多项技术攻关,取得了丰硕的成果,但在产业链升级和创新方面仍存在挑战。文章通过调研未来海上风电发展趋势,结合国内海上风电产业链发展及技术现状,分析目前国内产业链上下游的存在问题和亟须重点关注的产品对象,结合国内外最新示范项目和研究方向,提出促进行业创新发展的对策建议。

Under the guidance of the“dual-carbon”goal,the global energy structure is being reshaped,and offshore wind power,as an important form of new energy generation,continues to maintain rapid development.China’s offshore wind power in recent years has completed a number of technological research,and achieved fruitful results,but there are still challenges in the industrial chain upgrading and innovation.The article researches the future development trend of offshore wind power,combines the development of the domestic offshore wind power industry and the current state of technology,analyzes the current problems of the upstream and downstream of the domestic industrial chain and the product objects that urgently need to be focused on,and puts forward countermeasures and proposals to promote the development of the industry’s innovation in the context of the latest demonstration projects and research directions at home and abroad.
