摘要
针对广播电视网络安全面临的威胁与挑战,提出一种融合多种人工智能技术的网络安全防御系统。该系统采用分层架构设计,自底向上由网络层、服务层和应用层组成。网络层利用P4可编程交换机和智能网卡实现高速流量解析和异常检测;服务层采用图神经网络、主动学习等算法,对安全事件进行关联分析和风险评估;应用层提供可视化的安全管理界面和自适应的策略优化机制。实验结果表明,该系统在攻击检测精度、处理性能等方面均优于传统系统,为广播电视网络的安全防护提供了新思路。
This paper discusses the security threats to broadcast television networks.It proposes a new defense system using artificial intelligence.The system has three layers:network,service,and application.The network layer uses P4 switches and smart network card for traffic analysis and anomaly detection.The service layer uses graph neural networks and active learning for event analysis and risk assessment.The application layer provides a visual interface and adaptive policy optimization.Experiments show that this system is better at detecting attacks and processing data than traditional system.
