质量管理体系在设备监理中的应用研究

Application of Quality Management System in Equipment Supervision

质量管理体系是组织为实现质量目标而构建的系统性质量管理模式,是将资源与过程相结合、以过程管理方法为抓手进行的系统管理。本文对质量管理体系七大原则、PDCA循环准则在设备监理服务过程中的应用进行了介绍。笔者根据长期的监理工作经验及对质量管理体系理论的理解和研究,通过案例描述,对质量管理体系在项目监理服务中的应用提出了自己的理解和看法,为提升设备监理工作质量提供了借鉴和参考。

Quality management system(QMS)is a systematic model of quality management,which combines resource and process,and takes process management method as the key point.This paper introduces the application of seven principles of quality management system and PDCA cycle criterion in the process of equipment supervision service.Based on the long-term supervision experience and the understanding and research on the theory of quality management system,the author puts forward his own understanding and views on the application of quality management system in project supervision service through case description,which provides reference for improving the quality of equipment supervision.
