钻井泵排出空气包监理问题的发现与处理

Discovery and Handling of the Mud Pump Pulsation Dampers Problems during the Supervision Process

长期以来,国内对于钻井泵的监理,通常都是按照国家标准进行检查和试验,对于一些隐蔽的质量问题不能深入发现和解决。本文中监理人员在监理出口钻井泵项目时,识别出国内标准和国外标准中的差异,发现成熟产品出现的隐蔽问题,探讨设备监理人员发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力和方法,为此类成熟产品的监理提供了借鉴和参考。

For a long time,the domestic supervision of mud pump is usually carried out in accordance with the national standards of inspection and testing,and some hidden quality problems can not be deeply found and solved.In this paper,the supervisory engineer identified the differences between domestic and foreign standards when supervising the export mud pump project,through the mud pump discharging air packages,found hidden problems of mature products,and explored the method of the equipment supervisory engineer to find,analyze and solve problems,which providing a reference for the supervision of such mature products.
