In order to meet the needs of specialized production,the castings of hydroelectric equipment units are generally purchased externally.Choosing a suitable casting manufacturer,strengthening the production process control and finished product quality inspection of castings play a crucial role in the quality of the final unit.This article introduces the supervision plan for the active guide vanes of a certain hydropower project,lists specific quality control points and implementation methods,and focuses on the discovery and rectification measures of quality problems in the active guide vanes.It provides reference and guidance for the quality control of the hydropower equipment department,especially the casting quality control.
