海洋石油机械冲蚀磨损机理研究进展

摘要 冲蚀磨损是海洋机械设备主要失效形式之一。文章全面概述了冲蚀磨损理论与影响因素研究的发展历程,深入总结了随研究进展各冲蚀磨损影响因素的发现与试验分析。研究结果显示冲蚀磨损影响因素过多,很难以一种具备普遍适用性的理论去解释,海上油气田石油机械冲蚀磨损机理与试验的研究方向应以模拟还原冲蚀工况的试验为主,以数值模拟分析为辅,结合宏观与微观进行全面性研究。 Erosion wear is one of the main failure forms of marine machinery equipment.This article provides an overview of the development process of erosion wear theory and influencing factors research,and summarizes the discovery and experimental analysis of various erosion wear influencing factors with the progress of research.The conclusion is that there are too many factors affecting erosion and wear,and it is difficult to explain it with a universally applicable theory.It is believed that the research direction of erosion and wear mechanisms and experiments for offshore oil and gas field petroleum machinery should mainly focus on simulating and reducing erosion conditions,supplemented by numerical simulation analysis,and combining macroscopic and microscopic comprehensive research.
