维生素A维生素D及维生素E水平与儿童血脂异常的相关性

Study on the correlation between vitamin A,vitamin D,vitamin E and dyslipidemia in children

目的研究维生素A、25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]及维生素E水平与儿童血脂异常的相关性。方法选取2019年1月—2022年11月于南京中医药大学江阴附属医院诊治的123例血脂异常患儿作为观察组,另选取同期在该院进行体检的125例正常儿童作为对照组。测定两组血清维生素A、25-(OH)D及维生素E水平,分析血清维生素水平与儿童血脂异常的相关性。结果观察组维生素A、25-(OH)D及维生素E水平分别为(0.57±0.16)mg/L、(78.17±15.62)nmol/L、(8.30±1.10)mg/L,对照组维生素A、25-(OH)D及维生素E水平分别为(0.43±0.11)mg/L、(89.33±13.51)nmol/L、(8.60±1.30)mg/L。观察组血清维生素A高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清25-(OH)D水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清维生素E水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血脂异常儿童血清维生素A水平高于正常儿童,儿童血脂异常与血清25-(OH)D缺乏有关,与血清维生素E水平无明显相关性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between vitamin A,25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D],vitamin E and dyslipidemia in children.Methods 123 children diagnosed with dyslipidemia in Jiangyin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 125 normal children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Levels of serum vitamin A,25-(OH)D and E in the two groups were measured for analyzing the correlation between the levels of serum vitamin and dyslipidemia in children.Results The levels of serum vitamin A、25-(OH)D and vitamin E in the observation group were(0.57±0.16)mg/L、(78.17±15.62)nmol/L、(8.30±1.10)mg/L.The levels of serum vitamin A、25-(OH)D and vitamin E in the control group were(0.43±0.11)mg/L、(89.33±13.51)nmol/L and(8.60±1.30)mg/L.The level of serum vitamin A in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of serum 25-(OH)D was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the level of serum vitamin E between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of serum vitamin A in children with dyslipidemia is higher than that in normal ones.Dyslipidemia in children is related to deficiency of serum 25-(OH)D,but has no significant correlation with the level of serum vitamin E.
