重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗干眼症患儿的效果及对相关指标的影响

Effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops in treatment of children with xerophthalmia and the impact on related indexes

目的分析重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗干眼症患儿的效果及对相关指标的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月丽水市人民医院收治的干眼症患儿96例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组48例,治疗组48例。对照组给予聚乙烯醇滴眼液,治疗组给予聚乙烯醇滴眼液+重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液。检测对比两组眼表状况、免疫功能、炎症细胞因子、氧化应激指标、干眼症状及临床疗效。结果治疗后,对照组患儿角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分[(2.89±0.35)分vs.(1.72±0.23)分]、干眼症状评估问卷(SPEED)评分[(9.87±1.27)分vs.(7.01±0.89)分]、CD8~+[(26.72±2.76)%vs.(23.01±2.47)%]、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)[(180.73±26.72)ng/L vs.(134.58±20.86)ng/L]、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)[(80.45±9.01)ng/L vs.(62.64±7.25)ng/L]、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)[(2.60±0.34)mg/L vs.(2.01±0.25)mg/L]、脂质过氧化物(LPO)[(2.10±0.25)μmol/L vs.(1.37±0.18)μmol/L]、丙二醛(MDA)[(8.24±1.27)U/L vs.(5.80±0.85)U/L]水平均高于治疗组,泪液分泌试验(SIT)[(10.52±1.28)mm/5 min vs.(12.35±1.80)mm/5 min]、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)[(10.12±0.95)s vs.(12.45±1.38)s]、CD3~+[(64.27±8.20)%vs.(70.89±9.15)%]、CD4~+[(33.59±4.90)%vs.(37.01±5.26)%]、CD4~+/CD8~+[(1.26±0.20)vs.(1.61±0.28)]、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)[(114.89±16.78)μmol/L vs.(139.82±20.47)μmol/L]水平均低于治疗组(均P<0.05)。治疗组有效率高于对照组(93.75%vs.77.08%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.352,P<0.05)。结论经重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液治疗后,干眼症患儿眼表状况、干眼症状改善,免疫功能提升,炎性反应、氧化应激反应减轻。

Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops in treatment of children with xerophthalmia and the impact on related indexes.Methods Ninety-six children with xerophthalmia treated in Lishui People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(48 cases)and treatment group(48 cases)according to random number table method.The children in control group were given polyvinyl alcohol eye drops,and the children in treatment group were given polyvinyl alcohol eye drops and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops.The ocular surface conditions,immune function,inflammatory factors,oxidative stress indexes,xerophthalmia symptoms,and clinical efficacies of the two groups were detected and compared.Results After treatment,fluorescence integral(FI)score[(2.89±0.35)vs.(1.72±0.23)],dry eye symptom assessment questionnaire(SPEED)score[(9.87±1.27)vs.(7.01±0.89)],CD8~+[(26.72±2.76)%vs.(23.01±2.47)%],tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)[(180.73±26.72)ng/L vs.(134.58±20.86)ng/L],interleukin-1β(IL-1β)[(80.45±9.01)ng/L vs.(62.64±7.25)ng/L],hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)[(2.60±0.34)mg/L vs.(2.01±0.25)mg/L],lipid peroxide(LPO)[(2.10±0.25)μmol/L vs.(1.37±0.18)μmol/L],malonaldehyde(MDA)[(8.24±1.27)U/L vs.(5.80±0.85)U/L]in control group were higher than those in treatment group,Schirmer test(SIT)[(10.52±1.28)mm/5 min vs.(12.35±1.80)mm/5 min],breakup time of tear film(BUT)[(10.12±0.95)s vs.(12.45±1.38)s],CD4~+[(33.59±4.90)%vs.(37.01±5.26)%],CD4~+/CD8~+[(1.26±0.20)vs.(1.61±0.28)],and superoxide dismutase(SOD)[(114.89±16.78)μmol/L vs.(139.82±20.47)μmol/L]in control group were lower than those in treatment group(P<0.05).The effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(93.75%vs.77.08%),there was statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.352,P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops combined with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops,ocular surface condition and xerophthalmia symptoms of children with xerophthalmia are improved,immune function is enhanced,and inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress reaction are alleviated.
