高温耐磨钢高温磨损与氧化性能研究

Study on high temperature wear and oxidation properties of high temperature wear-resistant steel

摘要 为提高机械部件的高温耐磨性能并延长其使用寿命,设计了一种新型耐热耐磨钢A钢。通过与传统NM400钢以及国际同类型B钢的高温硬度、摩擦学行为和氧化行为进行对比分析,研究了新型耐热耐磨钢A钢的高温耐磨性能和抗氧化性能的提升机理。结果表明:在600℃时,新型耐热耐磨钢A钢的平均硬度为306.69HV,明显高于作为对比样的传统NM400钢184.88HV)以及国际同类型B钢(286.86HV);在600℃氧化100 h后,新型耐热耐磨钢A钢表现出优异的抗氧化性能,其氧化增重仅为1.625 mg/cm^(2),比传统NM400钢(9.969 mg/cm^(2))的氧化增重下降了83.7%;较高的高温硬度以及优异的抗氧化性能使新型耐热耐磨钢A钢在600℃时的磨损机制发生了改变,并获得了3种钢中最低的磨损率1.603×10^(-4)mm^(3)/(N·m),而传统NM400钢和国际同类型B钢的磨损率分别为2.169×10^(-4) mm^(3)/(N·m)和1.674×10^(-4) mm^(3)/(N·m);新型耐热耐磨钢A钢的磨损机制为氧化磨损和磨粒磨损,而传统NM400钢和国际同类型B钢存在磨粒磨损和氧化磨损的同时,也发生了疲劳磨损。 In order to improve the high temperature wear resistance and prolong the service life of mechanical parts,a new type of heat-resistant and wear-resistant A steel was designed.By comparing the high temperature hardness,tribological behavior and oxidation behavior of traditional NM400 steel and the same type commercial wear-resistant steel H steel,the mechanism of improving the high temperature wear resistance and oxidation resistance of the new type A steel was explored.The results showed that the average hardness of the new type A steel was 306.69HV at 600℃,which was significantly higher than that of traditional NM400 steel(184.88HV)and the same type H steel(286.86HV).After oxidation at 600℃for 100 h,the new type A steel showed excellent oxidation resistance,and the oxidation weight gain was 1.625 mg/cm^(2),which decreased by 83.7%compared with that of traditional NM400 steel(9.969 mg/cm^(2)).Relatively high hardness and excellent oxidation resistance change the wear mechanism of the new type A steel at 600℃and obtain the lowest wear rate of 1.603×10^(-4)mm^(3)/(N·m)among the three steels.The wear rates of traditional NM400 steel and the same type H steel were 2.169×10^(-4)mm^(3)/(N·m)and 1.674×10^(-4)mm^(3)/(N·m),respectively.The wear mechanism of the new type A steel is oxidative wear and abrasive wear,while the oxidative wear and abrasive wear of traditional NM400 steel and the same type H steel also occur fatigue wear.
