基于LDA主题模型的RCEP研究热点主题及发展导向研判

Research on RCEP Hot Topics and Development Trends Based on LDA Topic Model

随着全球经济与贸易一体化进程的深化,RCEP作为一项区域经济合作协定,对缔约国的经济贸易发展产生了重要影响。本文以国内现有的研究成果为原始数据,采用LDA模型,通过计算主题一致性、主题强度及其阈值的方法,识别出RCEP下“数字经济与产业链的高质量发展”“区域高质量经贸合作”以及“制造业的知识产权”的研究热点主题。基于此,本文对RCEP的进一步研究和发展提出以下建议:第一,要加强对数字经济重要地位的认识,推动数字经济在RCEP中的高质量发展;第二,应加大力度普及RCEP规则,提高缔约国对规则的认知和遵守度,促进区域高质量经贸合作的实施;第三,应完善制造业中的知识产权保护制度,为RCEP下制造业的高质量发展提供更好的知识产权环境。

With the deepening of the global economic and trade integration process,RCEP,as a regional economic cooperation agreement,has an important impact on the economic and trade development of the contracting parties.Based on the existing domestic research results as the original data,the LDA model is adopted to identify the hot research topics of“high-quality development of digital economy and industrial chain”,“regional high-quality economic and trade cooperation”and“intellectual property of manufacturing industry”under RCEP by calculating the topic consistency,topic intensity and its threshold.Based on the above judgment,the following suggestions are put forward for the further research and development of RCEP:First,it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the important position of digital economy and promote its high-quality development in RCEP;Second,more efforts should be made to popularize the RCEP rules,improve the understanding and compliance of the RCEP rules by the contracting parties,and promote the implementation of high-quality economic and trade cooperation in the region.Third,the intellectual property protection system in the manufacturing industry should be improved to provide a better intellectual property environment for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry under RCEP.
