低碳背景下生鲜农产品电商高质量发展路径研究

摘要 双碳目标背景下,电商企业纷纷着力于低碳实践,生鲜农产品电商低碳转型势在必行。本文基于生鲜农产品电商低碳发展中产品包装繁复、仓储能源消耗高、物流减排压力大、回收效率较低等现状,识别出其低碳发展的五个关键点:包装设计、数据计算、仓储管理、物流配送、闭环回收,并在此基础上进行生鲜农产品电商低碳发展路径设计:改良包装设计,采用绿色包装;升级数据计算,减少算力消耗;变革仓储管理,丰富智能仓储;优化冷链物流,调整能耗结构;提倡闭环回收,建立回收体系。据此,本文提出基于“政策、技术、客户”三位一体的保障体系:政策指引,正向驱动;技术支撑,数智推动;顾客参与,低碳响应,以推动其有序运行,实现生鲜电商行业高质量发展目标。 Under the background of the dual carbon goal,e-commerce enterprises have focused on low-carbon practice,and low-carbon transformation of fresh agricultural product e-commerce is imperative.In view of the current situation of complicated product packaging,high storage energy consumption,large pressure in logistics emission reduction,and low recycling efficiency in the low-carbon development of fresh agricultural product e-commerce,five key points of its low-carbon development are identified:packaging design,data calculation,storage management,logistics distribution,closed-loop recycling.On this basis,a low-carbon development path of fresh agricultural product e-commerce is devised:Improve the packaging design and adopt green packaging;upgrade data calculation and reduce computing power consumption;change storage management and enrich intelligent storage;optimize cold chain logistics and adjust energy consumption structure;promote closed-loop recycling and establish a recycling system.Accordingly,this paper proposes a security system based on the"policy,technology,and customer"triad:policy guidance and encouragement,support from digital and intelligent technology,and customer response to low-carbon development,to promote the orderly operation and achieve the high-quality development goal of the fresh agricultural product e-commerce industry.
