摘要
本文以跨境电商为切入点,着重梳理了跨境电商背景下中国国际贸易的发展趋势,并着重分析研究了跨境电商背景下国际贸易增长的理论机制和典型事实,分析了跨境电商对中国经济的影响。据此,本文提出:在跨境电商背景下,中国应采用数字化精细化转型,加速构建生态化服务体系,以提升消费者的购物体验;加强跨境合规运营,避免不必要的法律风险;加强品牌建设和知识产权保护,以提高消费者的信任度和忠诚度,从而获得更大的市场份额。更重要的是加强人才培养和引进,提高企业的竞争力和创新能力。通过上述一系列措施,不断完善对外贸易的运营、管理体系,为中国加快建设贸易强国,推动开放型世界经济建设提供策略支持。
This paper uses cross-border e-commerce as a starting point,focusing on outlining the development trends of China's international trade under the cross-border e-commerce context.It particularly analyzes the theoretical mechanisms and key facts behind the growth of international trade in the context of cross-border e-commerce,and explores the impact of cross-border e-commerce on China's economy.Based on these findings,the paper proposes that,under the cross-border e-commerce context,China should adopt a digital and refined transformation,accelerate the construction of an ecological service system to enhance consumers'shopping experience;strengthen cross-border compliance operations to avoid unnecessary legal risks;enhance brand building and intellectual property protection to increase consumer trust and loyalty,thereby gaining a larger market share.More importantly,China should strengthen talent cultivation and introduction to improve enterprise competitiveness and innovation capabilities.Through these measures,China can continuously improve the operation and management systems of foreign trade,providing strategic support for China to accelerate its construction of a trade powerhouse and promote the building of an open world economy.
