Research on the Development Countermeasures of cold chain Logistics of Aquatic Products In Hainan Province Based on PESTEL Analysis

本文针对水产品冷链物流的概念以及相关理论进行了系统性归纳,基于PESTEL分析框架,深入探讨了海南省水产品冷链物流发展的现状、面临的挑战与机遇,借鉴国外水产品冷链物流发展的经验探究海南省水产品冷链物流存在的不足,提出一系列应对策略,以期弥补海南省水产品冷链物流体系存在的缺陷,提升物流运输效率,确保各种水产品的新鲜度能够保持在较高水平。最后,本文结合海南省地域特点,通过对政治、经济、社会、技术、环境和法律六个维度的全面分析,旨在为海南省水产品冷链物流的可持续发展提供科学依据和战略指导,以供参考。

The article is based on the PESTEL analysis framework to deeply explore the current situation,challenges,and opportunities of the development of cold chain logistics for aquatic products in Hainan Province,and proposes target-ed development strategies.This article systematically summarizes the concept and related theories of cold chain logistics for aquatic products in the research,draws on the experience of the development of cold chain logistics for aquatic prod-ucts in foreign countries to explore the shortcomings of cold chain logistics for aquatic products in Hainan Province,and formulates a series of response strategies in order to make up for the shortcomings of the cold chain logistics system for aquatic products in Hainan Province,improve logistics transportation efficiency,and ensure that the freshness of various aquatic products received by customers can be maintained at a high level.Based on the regional characteristics of Hainan Province,a comprehensive analysis of the six dimensions of politics,economy,society,technology,environment,and law is conducted to provide scientific basis and strategic guidance for the sustainable development of cold chain logistics of aquatic products in Hainan Province.
