摘要
随着信息时代的到来,数字经济不仅为企业带来了新的发展机遇,并成为中国经济高质量发展的新引擎。本文研究数字经济背景下企业管理创新中的机遇和挑战,总结了国内外企业在理论创新、模式创新、管理创新等方面的成功经验,同时分析了数字经济背景下的企业管理问题,并从转变创新理念提升原生动力、创新组织结构提高管理效率、数字化管理创新提升企业发展空间、完善人才培养与激励机制提升创新能力、创新企业文化激发员工热情,创新管理与评估提质增效等方面探讨了企业管理的创新路径。本文基于美的、广电运通、华为公司的实证分析,研究表明数字经济背景下企业管理创新路径研究具有良好的应用价值与现实意义,有助于企业提高生产效率,降低成本,构建独特的竞争优势,实现可持续发展。
With the arrival of the information age,the digital economy has not only brought new development opportunities for enterprises but has also become a new engine for China's high-quality economic development.This article examines the opportunities and challenges of management innovation in enterprises under the digital economy,summarizing successful experiences from both domestic and international enterprises in areas such as theoretical innovation,model innovation,and management innovation.At the same time,it analyzes the management issues faced by enterprises in the context of the digital economy.The article explores innovative paths for enterprise management,including transforming innovation concepts to enhance intrinsic drive,innovating organizational structures to improve management efficiency,digital management innovation to expand enterprise development space,improving talent cultivation and incentive mechanisms to enhance innovation capabilities,innovating corporate culture to inspire employee enthusiasm,and innovating management and evaluation to improve quality and efficiency.Based on empirical analysis of Midea,GDUT,and Huawei,the study concludes that research on enterprise management innovation paths under the digital economy has significant practical value and application.It helps enterprises improve production efficiency,reduce costs,build unique competitive advantages,and achieve sustainable development.
