采用太赫兹时域脉冲的套管内导体位置检测研究

摘要 将太赫兹时域检测技术用于高压陶瓷套管内部导体位置检测。利用时域脉冲信号非接触检测试件,验证信号能够透过陶瓷套管外壁,到达内部导体,通过分析脉冲回波的飞行时间,计算出套管内导体的空间位置。实验结果表明该方法能够准确检测出预制导体所在的位置,并判断内置导体的有无,检测效果直观,易于判断套管内导体的位置状态是否正常,为电力系统中陶瓷套管的健康评估提供新的思路和方法。 The position of internal conductors in high-voltage ceramic sleeves can be noncontactly and nondestructively tested using terahertz time-domain testing technology.By utilizing time-domain pulse signals for non-contact testing,it confirms the ability of the signals to penetrate through the ceramic sleeve′s outer wall and reach the internal conductor.Through analyzing the time-of-flight of the pulse echoes,the spatial position of the conductor inside the sleeve is determined.Experimental results demonstrate the accuracy of the method in detecting the position of the prefabricated conductor and ascertaining the presence or absence of the internal conductor.The detection effect is straightforward,facilitating easy judgment of the normality of the conductor′s position within the sleeve.This research offers novel ideas and establishes a methodological foundation for the health evaluation of ceramic sleeves in power systems.
