摘要
与传统涂层材料相比,热喷涂Fe基非晶合金涂层凭借其低成本、优异的物理和化学性能成为具有应用前景的涂层材料之一。介绍了热喷涂技术制备Fe基非晶涂层的研究进展,总结了Fe基非晶涂层耐腐蚀性能的影响因素,并对Fe基非晶涂层耐腐蚀性能下一步研究方向进行了展望。
Compared with traditional coating materials,thermal spraying Fe-based amorphous alloy coating has become one of the coating materials with application prospects due to its low cost and excellent physical and chemical properties.The research progress of Fe-based amorphous coatings prepared by thermal spraying technology was introduced,and the influencing factors of corrosion resistance of Fe-based amorphous coatings were summarized.The future research direction of corrosion resistance of Fe-based amorphous coatings was also prospected.
