Discussion on design points of sewage treatment plants in administrative towns

建制镇污水处理对于深入打好黑臭水体治理攻坚战、全面建设绿水青山有着重要的意义。调研发现建制镇污水处理设计和排放标准多数直接套用城镇污水处理厂的标准,给建制镇污水处理厂的建设和运行带来了较大的负担。研究结合资料和现场调研发现的问题,初步探讨了建制镇污水处理厂的设计要点,以期为后续工程在节省占地、节约投资、优化运行等方面提供借鉴意义。

The sewage treatment of administrative towns showed significant importance for black and smelly water treatment,and the construction of ecological environment.It was found that the design and discharge standards for sewage treatment plants in administrative towns were usually directly learned from the ones in towns,which brought great burdens on the construction and operation for them.Based on investigations,key design points were discussed,wishing to provide references on land saving,investment saving,better operation and so on,for the following projects.
